1. Do Yellow Price offer a Discount for bulk orders or other business purchases?Yes, we do. Please contact us.
2. Can I pick up my order or visit Yellow Price store?
Pick up is by appointment only and order ready 4 pick up when message sent. Our store and warehouse are not open for walk-ins from the public.
After we dispatch your order, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been dispatched. Tracking number will be provided if available.
4. Do you ship internationally?
Yellow Price Au currently ships to Australia and New Zealand. and our USA and Canada warehouse also able to ships parts to US and CA.
5 What is your postage and handling time?
After full payment has been received, item/s will be dispatched from Auburn, NSW, within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) or Australian order, or dispatch from US, CA warehouse for North America order.
The following is a guideline of delivery times:
- 2 - 6 business days for item/s sent by Regular Post within Au
- 2 - 5 business days for item/s sent by Regular Post within Us
- 2 - 5 business days for item/s sent by Regular Post within Ca
6. Does Yellow Price product come with a warranty?
Yes, Yellow Price will replace any item with a manufacturing defect within 12 months of the date of purchase.
7.If I consider items is faulty or change mind, how can i make a claim?
If you consider that there is a fault or defect with any item, or you change mind, make order by mistake, please contact our support team to arrange return the item and organize refund.
